Season is an integrated food-as-medicine platform, that leverages smart recipe development, virtual dietitian care , and white glove grocery fulfillment to make eating for chronic conditions as accessible as possible. As Head of Culinary, I was responsible for developing and overseeing a recipe database of 1k+ condition-specific recipes to ensure that recipes fits RD-defined parameters of any nutrition prescription, while also being affordable, culturally-relevant, easy-to-prepare, and delicious.

At Meal Hero, my primary role as Head of Culinary included working side-by-side with the data team on domain specific ontologies, data labeling, and training data models to “think” like a chef. I was particularly proud of the Fridge-to-Table tool that suggested recipes based on entered ingredients.
